Welcome to Cub Scouts in District 89!

Located in Glen Ellyn and Wheaton, D89 Cub Scouts welcomes Girls & Boys grades K-5 into our Cub Scout Family.  

For the foreseeable future, the grade schools of CCDS89 will work together to continue our Scouting programs.  Scouts from Arbor View, Briar Glen, Park View and Westfield will all scout together, building relationships and getting to know one another before they are in class together at Glen Crest.

Formerly Boy Scouts of America, Scouting America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations.  Cub Scouts builds that foundation by teaching our youth Life Skills, from being a better listener and being more confident, to cooking and how to use a pocket knife safely.

As a family based organization, Cub Scouts lets everyone be involved.  Parents and siblings can attend most every meeting, come on our Campouts and monthly hikes, and even race in a special section of our Pinewood Derby Race!
